The flat has a comfortable double bed, three-seater sofa, Smart TV and fast WiFi. There is a small kitchenette with a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, and air fryer, together with a breakfast bar and stools for dining.

The private bathroom is downstairs and has a walk-in shower. There is also a small private patio with outdoor seating, including a swing chair, plus free parking.
 

The flat is suitable for guests looking for straightforward, good-value accommodation, whether visiting the area for work, a short break or as a base for exploring North Yorkshire.
 

Please note the access before booking: the flat is accessed via steep stairs, and the bathroom is downstairs and also accessed via steep stairs. The accommodation may therefore not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties or anyone who may find steep stairs challenging.
