ARE WE OPEN?
Following the latest Government announcement, Rocklands Lodges must now close until at least 12th April. We’ll continue to monitor guidance to safely reopen as soon as the Government confirms we’re able to. Please bear with us as we now work to help all affected guests, thank you.
BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
After the 12th April
We continue to monitor official guidance and regularly review the situation in line with any government announcements.
Prior to your holiday, please familiarise yourself with the official guidance for both the area you live and the area you’re travelling to. To check what you can and cannot do at this time, enter a postcode into the UK Government’s postcode tracker.
COVID rules are legally enforceable and you will be asked to return home if you break the rules.
From April 12th we are able to accept holidays for single households
From May 17th we able to accept holidays from two separate households
From June 17th we can accept multi bookings
NB: This may change in accordance to goverment guidelines
REBOOK IF YOUR BREAK IS AFFECTED
If your break is affected by any COVID restrictions, please get in touch with us via email and we will reschedule your holiday. If you don’t know the dates you would like to stay, we will issue you a credit note equal the amount you have already paid.

We’re currently experiencing high call volumes and it may take longer for you to speak to someone. Be assured that as soon as you’re connected, we’ll be ready to help with your query.

We will take a 50% deposit at the time of booking the reservation. This can be done over the phone on 01751 477621 or on the website. Balance payments are now being taken one week prior to arrival instead of on arrival.
We are only accepting bookings from people living in Tier 1 or Tier 2.
Check-in is between 3 pm and 9 pm. During this pandemic, an early check-in option is not available.
To comply with Social Distancing, our reception is now closed. From July 4th our guests will do a self-check-in. We will email you in advance to let you know which lodge you have reserved with a map on how to find your lodge. We will be onsite to help should you need any help.
Check-in time is between 3 pm and 8 pm. Due to the extra cleaning during this time we are unable to offer early check-ins.
Check out is before 10.30 am. During this pandemic, a late check-out option is not available.
On departure, guests will be asked to leave keys in the lodge
To comply with Social Distancing, we are temporarily not accepting large group bookings.
Guests will be required to maintain social distancing, and to remain 2 meters apart from other guests that are not in your booking party.

Stay at Home
Guests that have shown symptoms of COVID 19 in the last 14 days or have been diagnosed will be kindly asked to reschedule their holiday.
