Station view apartment is situated above the stunning showroom of Ryedale Living and directly opposite the world famous North Yorkshire Moors Railway.

Split over two floors the apartment has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment to provide a beautiful contemporary living space, including brand new kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower and furniture run. It offers very comfortable and spacious accommodation, situated in the centre of this lovely nostalgic market town.

On the first floor the apartment has an open plan lounge/ dining room with stunning views across the station, It has a smart TV and free WIFI throughout the property, also on the first floor is a spacious and beautifully decorated bedroom, which also overlooks the station. King size bed and plenty of storage. On this floor you will also find the fully equipped newly fitted kitchen with built in appliances and the bathroom with boasts a large walk in shower and beautiful modern furniture run.

One the second floor there are two further bedrooms, the first of the rooms leads in to the second of the master bedrooms which again is large and spacious with beautiful high ceiling and beams, King size bed and modern light oak furniture. The third bedroom/ landing has a day bed, which pulls out into a trundle, and a ¾ bed, perfect for the younger members of the family with its bright colours and fresh décor.



The space

Guests can use the entire house and the sunny outside terrace area, the entrance door is directly on to park street, a large vestibule is at the foot of the stairs for coats and shoes.

Interaction with guests

We live nearby and Tom works and owns the showroom below, we have a team of skilled tradesman who can handle any problems should they arise,  We always contactable and available should you need us.

Need to Know


Check-in is anytime after 2PM and check out by 10AM


Babies, infants and children are welcome at your own risk, stair gates are fitted but due to the stairs this must be considered carefully


No smoking.  A £50 Fine will be issues immediately if smoking has been detected.


No parties, same sex groups such as stag, hen, 18th or 21st parties or events​

Please remove shoes at the bottom of the stairs

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to £100

Breakages must be paid for, a deposit may be required.


A  hot tub safety document will be issued required on arrival, we will require this to be signed and returned


Must climb stairs


Well behaved, house trained dogs are welcome at an additional charge, subject to approval



Parking outside the property is limited to one hour, a parking permit is included for one vehicle for a secure car park less than 5 mins walk. A cash deposit of £40 is required on arrival for the permit, this is refunded at the end of your stay on return of the permit

An additional permit can be purchased should you need one.
