Terms and conditions of bookings

 

  • All bookings must be secured with a non -refundable deposit of 50% per lodge.

  • If payment is made by paypal, the full balance must be paid to secure the holiday.

  • Please ensure that your holiday is covered by adequate holiday insurance as any rooms cancelled with less than 7 days notice will be charged at full rate.

  • Please note that ALL, except for the supreme lodge Glaisdale, our lodges are pet friendly with a £20 supplement per dog.

 

Extra's you can buy are;

 

  • £20 Dog supplement per dog

  • Chocolates - Small Box £12, Large Box £17

  • Flowers from £30

  • Hire of Fluffy Bathrobes £10 per couple.

  • Romantic package for 2 - £50

Inc dinner for 2 at the local inn ( to the value of £30) 

Bubbly  & flowers in your room on arrival

  • Midweek Nights are Sun - Thurs

  • Weekend Nights are Fri or Sat

  • Minimum of 2 Night Stay

  • Minimum Weekend Stay in a Hot-Tub Lodge  is 3 Nights

  • Sofa Bedding charges -

  •  £5 per night for single, £7 per night for couple

 

Mid Season includes Heating, Electricty,  Bed-Linen & Towels

 

Low Season excludes Towels which can be hired for £5 per couple.
